Does work discipline affected by the working environment and work motivation?

Introduction. Human resources are the main factor, because with their importance, namely as activator and determinant of agency, which is in charge regulating agency nets from start to finish. Even though position human an central, themselves have many limitations shortcomings that agencies must pay attention to, so maximized carrying out duties assigned by themselves. Work discipline one determining factors for success achieving goals / company. Good employee will accelerate company goals, while degenerating become a barrier slow down achievement goals.
 Aims Task. This study aims analyze describe influence work environment motivation on Discipline State Civil Apparatus, Panyileukan District. The population 60 Servants, District, Bandung City. method used this research descriptive verification methods quantitative approach, analysis uses SPSS version 20 program package.
 Results. Based calculation results show variables discipline. Adjusted R square 0.336 shows these two 33.6% remaining 66.4% influenced other described researcher. Through partial hypothesis testing, it found has significant effect 0.333, indicating Environment 33.3% 76.7% factors, 0.014 1.4% 98.6% factors.
 Conclusion. provides insight discipline, means follow environment, same constant.
